3. Accuracy & Latency of Government Data

While our systems periodically synchronize and parse official government releases, Australian migration law, legislative instruments, visa subclass quotas, and state occupation lists change frequently without prior notice. KushTech Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the completeness, currency, timeliness, or accuracy of any dataset on this website. Users assume full responsibility for verifying all requirements directly with the Department of Home Affairs or relevant assessing bodies (e.g. ACS, VETASSESS, Engineers Australia, ANMAC).

4. User Accounts, Dashboard & Security

When you register for an account to save bookmarks and profile calculations:

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and active session tokens.
• You agree to notify KushTech Solutions immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may terminate and permanently purge your account at any time via the self-service Delete Account function in the User Dashboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, automated botting, or violate these Terms.

5. Migry AI Assistant Usage & Diagnostic Nature

Migry AI is an automated Large Language Model (LLM) powered diagnostic tool. By using the AI chat or AI pathway summaries, you acknowledge and agree:

• AI responses are heuristic, machine-generated estimates and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete contextual nuances.
• You must never rely solely on AI-generated summaries to make binding legal, immigration, financial, or relocation decisions.
• You will not submit sensitive confidential records (passports, national ID cards, Tax File Numbers, credit cards) into the AI chat interface.
• You will not use prompt injection, adversarial exploits, or automated scripts to attack or bypass the AI's safety guardrails.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use automated scrapers, spiders, or robotic harvesters at rates that disrupt, overload, or degrade platform performance.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary software logic or databases.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent visa assessment services or deceptive marketing.
• Impersonate any person, entity, or migration official.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Migrationization AU platform—including codebase, UI/UX architecture, points calculator logic, visual styles, graphics, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of KushTech Solutions. Australian Government data included on the platform is referenced under applicable public sector information guidelines and remains the copyright of the respective Crown agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)):

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KushTech Solutions from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your reliance on platform-generated outputs.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Severability & Modifications
