How this is calculated

What "INVITED" means: The INVITED count is a snapshot of EOIs that have received an invitation but have not yet lodged a visa application. Once they lodge, they leave the INVITED count. This represents "currently at invitation stage", not total invitations ever issued.

Highest invitation rate: Uses INVITED ÷ SUBMITTED × 100: the share of EOIs in that occupation pool currently sitting at invitation stage. A higher rate means a larger share of applicants are getting through. The raw counts are shown so you can judge sample size.

Most EOIs at invitation stage: Ranks by raw INVITED volume. A large occupation with a moderate rate can outrank a tiny pool that is percentage-rich.

Why some occupations don't appear: The Department of Home Affairs suppresses points-buckets where the count is below 20 ("<20"). Occupations whose overall invitation rate is below 1.0% are dropped to keep phantom-invitation occupations out of the hot list.

Disclaimer: Invitation rates depend on government planning levels, state nomination decisions, and specific lists. A "hot" occupation isn't a guarantee you'll be invited. Verify with a registered MARA agent before lodging.
